Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. If it becomes necessary to cancel an appointment, we request a 24-hour notice before the time of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so is considered a missed appointment.
Missed appointments result in lost time that could have been used to treat other patients who may require urgent care. If you miss an appointment or cancel it with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will be documented in your record. If you have two missed appointments, future appointments will be prohibited. We will enforce this policy to keep the integrity of our appointment schedule. However, we do understand that unforeseen events may result in missing an appointment and we are willing to address these circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Insurance & Billing
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services received. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
